Basically, you want to come up with the workout that works for you. And then eat sensibly. In my case, eating instant oatmeal (1 serving) helped to lose weight. Hope you reach your goal! Don't give up and enjoy the pain and soreness of workout!  |
now THAT is interesting! thanks. I am eating pretty healthy. I eat more at dinner/supper than the other two meals and I know that isn't the greatest thing to do whether it's healthy food or not. I'll give this a shot.
I will say this...this morning I really noticed a difference in the mirror. I'm just going to HAVE to stop stepping on that scale. it's hard though because I want to know. then I'm disappointed really for no reason.
