Yeah it kinda does matter. If he wasn't crowding the plate, then there is less reason for him to be hit. The fact that Greinke has a history with Quentin, and has thrown at his head, coupled with whatever he may have said to Quinton, could mean that Greinke had it coming.
If Greinke didn't have a history with him, and had not opened his mouth, then this situation probably never happens.
All i keep hearing is that Quinton is a douchbag for crowding the plate....
but he didn't crowd the plate apparently...
