I could be wrong, but probably not. I count hundreds of hispanics on the soccer fields around here compared to few on a baseball diamond or football field.
Dodge City and Garden City have a huge hispanic population that are from the heart of Mexico.

Im not saying that Football/Baseball are MORE popular, but they are in fact popular. Im not sure that i know a Mexican that doesn't own a Chargers jersey.
Ever look at a Chargers home crowd? It's very "brown".
