I reached the point where I got sick of where I am. After high school I floated around 215 for about 3 years. I herniated some discs in my back and ever since then I packed the weight on, because I couldn't be as active as I was. I hovered around 290, then I tore my meniscus, and I started piling it on again. At this weight I am ridiculous, and if I want to live for a long time I need to do something about it while I am young.
If you have any questions about it, just ask me. I am sure I will do everything dumb you can do while on this thing. The important thing is that I stay diligent to it! It's time for some super healthy change.
