Looking at google images, it seems to resemble rosacea. It doesn't look like eczema.

Also, for anyone else wanting to give me a "CP diagnosis", when its at its worst, it doesn't really itch, burn, or sting at all. It's just dry, red, and sometimes gets a bit flaky.
