So it's your position that, for a WR, talent begins and ends at how fast he can run?
His ability to catch the ball is based purely on his 'focus'?
C'mon - the ability to catch the football is a talent. The ability to put your hands where your eyes think they should go is an innate skill. Hand-eye coordination, hand-speed and physical dexterity are physical talents.
No amount of additional focus there was going to get Bowe to close his arms faster. His mind didn't get in his way, his hands did. The same hands that have been inconsistent throughout his entire college and pro career.
He doesn't have the hand-eye coordination or physical dexterity to be one of those guys that brings that ball in every time. That's just all there is to it.
