I think Charlie wants to win, and field a team with the best players he can get. In Martin's case, you had a talented player who had made some mistakes, Charlie took a chance on him, kid screwed up again, Charlie cut him loose. I think he'll continue to do that when he feels justified, but just like this case, he's going to put the kid on a short leash.
I haven't been spending much time out since spring, been busy working on some side projects, so I haven't been around the folks in the AD that I normally hang out with. Looking forward to taking a little time next week to get in a couple of rounds of golf, maybe get a chance to play with people that know more about it than I do.
