luv, I just did my first torrent downloads last week with Hard Knocks. And on that thread, there's a lot of information there.

Basically, I've gotten this far:

You download a program like this: http://www.utorrent.com/

After that's done, you go to a website like this: http://thepiratebay.org/

Find what you want (Grey's Anatomy Season 3) and download that torrent using the utorrent program.
