Ummmmm, I gave them credit for it, so yeah, it was content, but it was no more than 50% for the 40 minutes listened to. So I guess I should update the OP to indicated that 610, at least, runs at about 50% of the airtime being "content" (in some legally defined way).
But I have the option to turn off the radio, I just wanted to answer something I had be curious about for a while. I'm not saying I'll even turn the radio off, I just might focus on other things. It's all good.
