I've heard rumblings that Houston is caught up between Bortles and Clowney at #1 and that Manziel really isn't in the conversation. If I'm picking at 1.1, I'm taking Manziel, period. I don't think Houston will.
They'd be reeruned not taking Clowney.

Then they can pick up Derrek Carr in the second and try to make amends to the family for basically getting his older brother killed repetitively over his time with the Texans.
