It was pure luck that Joe Flacco panned out on a team that already had a Super Bowl winning defense from the old regime or that the Packers went from one franchise QB to the next or the Steelers were able to transition from old veterans to young players back to old veterans while having more winning seasons than losing seasons

Just FOs not living up to a standard then by your logic, then what are they doing to remain competitive??

literally the only team that has proven to be a fraud, by coaching and players leaving the team for other NFL teams is the Patriots lucking into Tom Brady, that is pure luck that bumbling fraud of a FO fell into. Other than that, these other teams have a model they have stuck by for like 20 years lol
I don't know what you're talking about here, but all of them missed on Tom Brady at least 5 times. The 49ers missed on him 9 times. That doesn't make them all failures.
