I feel we ****ed ourselves over with how we handled Cassel's release. We were supposedly trying to work out a trade, but it was known that we would release him...so why the hell would a team trade for him knowing he is going to be released. At worse, a team would get into a bidding war with another suitor. We should have played our hand differently as if we were working out a new deal (reduced/backup salary) if we couldn't trade him.
If they are going to trade Albert...it better be done a lot better than when we were going to 'trade' Cassel.
