His contract is simple.
1st year is 18 million fully guaranteed.
If he passes a physical before the 2013 league year he will get 40 million fully guaranteed over the next two years, UNLESS he suffers a neck injury in 2013, if that happens his 2014 salary is no longer guaranteed.
If Peyton passes a physical before the 2015 league year he will get 19 million fully guaranteed and the same goes for 2016.
