This has been know for years but is rarely talked about because of the "racist" implications. Same thing with Africa where you see massive drops in intelligence in the sub-saharan areas. Of course it has nothing to do with race and everything to do with individual genetics and more importantly physical and mental health. Malnutrition can seriously effect IQ.
