If I know my World War I history, Nigeria will soon declare war on Japan, but due to a treaty put in place in 1978, then Cameroon will be obligated to declare war on Nigeria, which means too that France will have to become involved, and since a former French colony is now fighting a former English colony, then England will come in on Nigeria's side, and Germany will see that as a chance to reclaim Vichy France from World War II so they'll come in against France, which means that Russia will come in on England's side, and since England will then be cutting off maritime trade with France and Japan, the U.S. will step into an informal naval war against England and Germany, and at some point nukes will start flying.
