Ever been to Smokey Bones owned by the Olive Garden? it's pretty much the same as what I recall my experience w/ Jack Stack, was. JS was better, but their approach to bbq was/is about the same thing. JMO

IMHO, JS's Burnt Ends/Cubed brisket with chessy corn and beans is the best single plate of BBQ on the Planet.
But if you want to talk the best BBQ from the total menu and after my recent visit......I'll listen to arguments for OK Joe's.
