Thats the story I heard. When they were on their tour together I guess he was being an arrogant prick and pretty hard to be around. If you listen to the lyrics it makes sense.
I also heard their drummer came up with the song title after watching Philip Rivers crying on the sidelines after a game and acting like a baby.
