Women like guys that goof-around and act immature from time-to-time, just not all of the time. However, when they see a mature man, they view them as being a solid mate. That's why you're getting shunned by the ladies, my friend.
You shouldn't need to change yourself for anyone though. Maturity comes naturally when you're ready and there is no set age for when this will occur. My advice is to just go with the flow, be yourself, don't go out of your way to impress anyone, and accept change in your behavior when it happens.
