I can't imagine they'll go too much farther without introducing Hank Pym/Ant-Man, if not in his own movie, in Avengers 2. Wasp too, as she's his wife - maybe like they did with War Machine, as 'herself' first, then she discovers his secret and adapts it for her own. They've already announced Mandarin for Iron Man 2, but others to look out for are Ultron (for Iron Man or Ant-Man), Enchantress (for Thor), and Baron Zemo (for Captain America).
Also, spoiler from Avengers:

They can't buy back the characters, but there is some (small) chance that they could work out a deal that would let those characters appear. It could probably only happen if Fox or Sony saw it as promotional for their movies. Like if in the post-credits scene in Avengers Spider-Man swung in and said something smart-assed, I imagine Sony wouldn't mind that at all. But in a weird way Marvel has an interest in the other movies failing, because that's how they get the characters back.
