They need to do two things.
1. Run the ball consistently.....not just when you have the lead and you're trying to run the clock out. And no....that doesn't mean run the ball 20 times with Alex Smith. He's going to get killed one of these times.
2. Get McCluster out of the ****ing game. Hemmingway needs to be running in the slot. McCluster adds NOTHING to this offense. Avery and Charles are a million times better in open space than McCluster is. Hemmingway gives you the ability to make the tough catches over the middle and in the redzone.
