This is the rule... unless someone can come up with a compelling reason against it. It isn't really even about NSFW it's so we don't get blacklisted as a porn site. So, again, unless there are some convincing arguments to the contrary, this should remain the official rule. As for enforcement, I could care less on that... that's entirely a mod discussion thing as far as I'm concerned.
