Some people drink because they have something in their past they can't handle and they drink to dull the pain from that event or to forget about it. That is what my counselor, therapist, preacher or someone told me. Plus, I got kicked out of the Promise Land for drinking. True story Promise Land Academy at Three Brothers, Arkansas. My brother and I both got shunned from the Promise Land. I thought that wine in church was for drinking.
