On defense... we have to get that right. Ron Rivera and Ray Horton are awesome picks. Other guys you may want to consider... What about Reggie Herring from Houston? He was de facto d-coordinator when Wade Phillips missed time. There are options out there and I would really hope it's Dorsey making this call, not Reid. I like the Reid hire but at this stage, he is NOT someone I trust with the defensive scheme.
