Just dress down and take her drinking once or twice. Drive a cheap car, 'cause you'll need a taxi to get back home. The ability to clear a three star wanted level is handy(it becomes an option on the cell phone under her name after she likes you a certain amount). It's vital during the bank job, as after a certain point your level drops from 5 to 3, and she can clear it the rest of the way. Also, Dwayne's thugs will come in handy so spend time with him, even if he does kvetch way too much.

Also, it's time to admit I'm a big fan of Miss Blusey St. John.
