I disagree. I think Hopkins is a genuine upgrade from Baldwin's regression. I think Short provides an upgrade over Jackson (by 2014...), and I think Berry/Lester will become an improvement over Berry/Lewis. And Charles/Franklin is the best RB tandem we'll have had since Johnson/Charles in 2009.
In the meantime, I've loaded the team in this mock with potential replacements of any 2014 departures, including of course Hali and Jackson.
