Having two hands on the ball, and up against his body would constitute tucking, which makes it a fumble. It isn't a catch where he has to make a football move or show control while going to the ground.

At this point I'm convinced that you haven't even watched it. The arm that's swatting at the ball never even touches the receiver. Neither of the receiver's arms ever go behind his back, let alone being locked there. I don't know what you are watching.
The ball has to stop moving in his hands at some point for him to have possession.
