I have a 10/22 takedown also...great little gun. I also had a 10/22 when I was a kid and, from my experience, they'll work fine with just about any ammo out there. There are a few types that are marketed as "quiet" ammo that don't have enough blowback to cycle a semi-auto, but most 22lr ammo will work fine. It's a little hard to find right now though. Keep checking this site:
