They think it's a bad product because those 10 guys have, for the most part, been treated like absolute trash for way too long while the same old shit hogs the spotlight. I'd rather have a loud crowd that cares enough to hijack a show and make some noise than most of the ones I've been to where everyone just sits on their hands until Cena's music hits.
I can see why the constant Punk chants got annoying, but it beats silence, which is what most crowds have given WWE for a long time.
