Dry. These are maybe the easiest screen protector to install of them all. Simply pull a tab removing the sticky backing. Align the bottom then set it and run finger down center and push out to edges. Any bubbles and there are few you push out to side with thumb or credit card. Its not soft and pliable so you can actually hold the edge because its stiff and makes easier.
