It's not (I really like Lotulelei), but you're asking Poe to move to DE in that scenerio. Lotulelei is not an end in the 3-4, he is an interior presence. He's a 0-tech in the 3-4, or a 2-tech or 3-tech in the 4-3. He simply can't cover enough ground to be a 5-tech.
