If you do it 6 days a week and religiously stick to their diet plan you will lose lots of weight and tone up your muscles. I also suggest you take daily vitamins/supplements (green coffee bean supplements are good for losing weight). I started last Jan when I was 225 and got down to 195 by March. Then life got in the way and I started working more and didn't have a whole hell lot of time on my hands.....gained it all back
. Gonna have to whip out those dvds again in time for the summer mankini season.
