After 14 years of AR, I would rather have Kelly. Kelly may not pan out, but the team needed a change. AR was never the same since he started losing coaches to other teams. Jim Johnson's death was never recovered from. AR has done a lot of wonderful things for the Eagles, but since the SB run this team has been going down hill. JJ's death was the final straw.
Over the next few years we will see what Kelly brings. I am more interested with his choices for OC and DC right now. If he gets the right people, I believe he can turn this team around pretty quick. The offense, other then the QB is already tailored to his style of play. Now the defense is a different story.
