Yeah, they toss you in the fire right away, but IMO the first two workouts are the most intense (pushups/pullups and plyo, IIRC.. and I never knew how bad my core was until I did the ab ripper)... some of the other stuff was kind of a letdown after the first two days, but I understand it can't all be like that since it's a 6-7 day/week plan.
