If you assume ISU wins all their home games and their road game at TCU, they're at 11 wins. They then have games at WVU, KSU, and Baylor. They could conceivably get to 14 still, but more likely 12 or 13. Puts a bit more pressure on KU.
OSU meanwhile will be struggling to maintain a .500 record in conference with that team of theirs now.
