C'mon...Lance Jones is a really good quarterback.
I heard this same stuff about Bradford, and I'd give my eye teeth to have him quarterbacking the Chiefs right about now.
Jones owns about every OU passing record, has a Conference title and three bowl wins, including a BCS. He's prototype size, damn near perfect delivery and has a very good feel for the game. From everything I read, he's a pretty solid character as well.
By the end of the season and heading into the draft, I think that the Chiefs will have a choice between Jones and Smith when they pick. Both guys will be playing against a Big 12 schedule and seeing similar opponents, including a head to head battle on November 17.
I'd be happy with either guy.
