I'd have to rewatch the episode, but didn't Lydia say the Czech Republic money would come to a couple million a week? Let's say after expenses he clears $1M a week. (Lydia is getting 30%)

That's a very conservative $12M right there, (could be closer to $15-16M) and not even counting the money he's made since starting the Vamanos operation.
