I have been doing some strength training. I have a bowflex, so there are a few exercises I do on it. I work with a stability ball, do planks, and I include some 5-8 lbs weights in some of my workouts.
After this month, I will be doing some strength training that's a little more aerobic in order to try to get through my problem of running out of air when I jog. Strength training is important. The concrete is not easy on the body.
