Hali is the perfect example of a guy that got it done consistently in college, even the Sr. Bowl (Prisco blew that comment), then slides because they don't have the 'measureables'. Immediately after the Sr. Bowl I wanted this guy in RnG, but at the time he was maybe just our of reach. I said it then, that hopefully this exact scenario will play out, since he's not as 'fast' as Kiwi, Wimbley, and Lawson. Very very good thing for us...I hope!
