Jordy Nelson has the NINTH HIGHEST cap number at only $4.35M. There isn't a single other receiver making 7 figures on the team, including Randall Cobb, whose cap number is 1M but his base salary is 800k.
The rest of those guys are all under 3 years in the league, a few of them UDFA, and almost none of them have any real game experience. Jarrett Boykin caught 49 passes last year - his third in the league.
Additionally, the Packers are $15M under the cap right now with no big contracts that need to be redone. All of their top 30 players are locked into TOTALLY AFFORDABLE deals through 2015.
So, in summation, anyone who "shakes loose" from the Packers will do so, less like money shaking loose from your pocket, and more like a crumbly turd shaking loose from your asshole.

Nelson, Boykins and Cobb are all going to be FAs though.....so at least one of them is going to get a new deal. Plus I doubt they go into the year with 6 WRs....which means Janis will probably try and be snuck onto the PS.
