Randy Moss. Would you have made the trade?

Poll forthcoming. Would you have traded Kawika Mitchell, our 1st round and a late round pick for Randy Moss?

Since both Kennison and Morton suck ass, I would do it. Carl is not going to pick up any free agents worth a crap on defense anyway, so we might as well make our offense average 40 a game instead of 30.

I could find you a state full of Viking fans that are tired of his act; it's like dating a beautiful, but stupid woman. There are perks, but whenever she speaks, it makes you cringe.

after the #6 selection of Ryan Sims, I would take the most talented WR in the game for that and Napolean Harris, yes I would have made that trade. I don't know if Randy Moss will get his act together or not, but a guy that talented can change games

I'd make the trade in a second.

Yeah, I think the Vikes could have done better. IMO you do not trade great players in this league while in their prime. That's why I always find the "Trade Tony Gonzalez?" questions dumb. Credit Davis for finding more morons to deal with...

Considering the low-lights Mitchell provided last year, yes. If there was any doubt about empty seats next year when the Raiders come to town, you can officially rule that out.

Absolutely, our offense is #1 in spite of our receivers not because of them.

We also can't draft in the first round for shit.

Moss is a head case, but like I said earlier Vermeil could baby him enough to make him a player. Besides what offense wouldn't want to have the best RB, best FB, best WR, best TE, and the best OL. Trent Green would probally get a woody just thinking about all that talent.

Only if his contract was tied completely on performance and base pay is the league avg salary for position.

Any off the field issues, or other offenses fine heavily into the $100K range per offense.

Stop babying these guys, tell them to grow up.

The Chiefs already have the number one offense, this deal would have killed our chances of improving The Chiefs all too glaring problem , the defense. This may get Raiderette fans hope enough to fill that stadium for a season but I'd sell my season tickets(if I had them), if The Chiefs made a move like that while their defense is still in such bad shape.

He couldn't keep Lawrence Phillips out of jail. Having a player like that soured Vermeil for ever having one again.
I think the Vikings will easily have the best part of this deal. The Raiders traded away whatever strength their D had and they will be even worse than we were last year.

What the Raiders fan has said is true, our customs are different. What Al Davis has said is unimportant, and we do not hear his words.
