You guys are missing the point on why Matsko is a good hire. This offense requires o-linemen to get out in space and block. Pulling on sweeps, getting out on screens, draw plays, etc.... Having coached the Rams o-line, Matsko knows the offense and what is required of the o-linemen. He'll help keep the continuity.
