Tony G. on NFL Network

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet but Tony G. was interviewed on NFL network. I'm sure this has ran all day but I didn't see a post about it.

Anyway, Tony said a few surprising things.

1. He said he thinks Trent Green has played his last game as a Chief.
2. He said Solaris' play calling frustrated him at times last year.
3. He said that he hasn't heard from P. Holmes but he hears he is supposed to play this year. He called P.H. a "different cat". He said that if Priest says he's going to play Priest will play.
4. He sounded like he wanted to call out certain players but he bit his lip.
5. He sounds like he has faith in Huard.
6. His comments were candid. He didn't sound like he was being PC.


That's all I can remember right now.

You proclaimed Huard would be the starter. I laughed.

That has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with Huard signing a contract.

But I'm not surprised you're trying to connect them now after the fact.

Hootie: I know we're going to resign Huard and get rid of Green. No doubt in my mind Huard is the starting QB for the Chiefs next year.

Hootie: Man, it sure is looking like Huard is going to start next year.
