It's time for my my annual rant about the Chinese. One almost ran into me yesterday as she tried to cut me off and almost caused a huge wreck. One of the other partners needed me to follow up on a Chinese prospect we have done all kinds of work for getting him set up over the last year. He is opting out now without even thanking us for all the work we did for him. He is going to try and do what we do with his Chinese buddy who is a broker. BTW it's friggen impossible. We have yet to get a single Chinese client. They all do the same thing basically every time which is exactly what this guy did. If you talk to executives who have worked for someone who is Chinese they will rant forever. Basically they are always looking to replace you with someone of their own race and there is a huge difference in the way they treat you if you are not. I am never EVER prospecting one again. I understand now why the other asian races have so many issues with them.

The chinese will be a rival someday but they're not even close to being in contention of being the world leader right now. They have some nice places now but most of their country is backward and they have huge population, education and corruption issues.
