Someone shed some light on this without all the poopy details ?

You can't mean to tell me that with all the stuff out there people eat in this junk food nation of ours. That are pipe system is basically nice and clean? And a simple veg diet will clean out decades of stuff literally stuck to the inside of the very long used and abused intestinal walls?

I would have a hard time believing that.

There is absolutely zero proof that anything "sticks" to the insides of your intestines or colon. Zero. And I challenge you to find a legitimate medical professional that will tell you otherwise. Shit doesn't stay in your colon for decades. That's just not how the human body works. That's common biology. Stuff doesn't stick. If it did there would be millions of people dying from plugged colons. But somehow people that don't take these products still eat nasty fast food and manage to stay alive.

Seriously, don't take my word for it. Read up on it. Ask some people in the medical profession. Don't take the word of someone trying to sell you their "product".

its a scam, the ingredients are basically psyllium powder and that's what creates the scary worm-creatures that those pictures show. that stuff wasn't in there before they took the pills
