Mort just reported Parcells has an out clause if the team is sold (which it will be next week) that allows him to walk away and get paid the full balance on his contract.

Carl Peterson was mentioned as a possible replacement given ties to the new owner.

Can we hire Parcells? He proved he can do it in Miami. Maybe he could just go around as a type of mary poppins type GM and work his magic for one year and move on to help the next awful team.... well except for the raiders, he is not an assassin, yet.
