You don't actually believe random Fresno fans know QBs better than Josh McDaniels, do you?

Besides, this is a sixth round pick. He's expected to be a backup. If he becomes anything different, that will be the exception, not the rule.

As long as he has "chief" in his username, he's not random fan. He's a chiefsplanet-certified football expert. It's a rule.

Well, they're is that. I'll concede the point. Bra(n)dy sucks.

If McDaniels turns this guy in to anything my hat is off to him.

Good luck with that.

That's exactly my point, McDaniels would have to develop Brandstetter from the ground up to even have a QB worthy of back up status.

I was really wondering how he kept his starting role last year...Folks here in Fresno were actually calling for Pat Hill to be fired (who is very popular despite his poor record) because of Brandstetter...That's how bad this guy is. Unless, McDaniels is a genius or perhaps a wizard...this is a terrible pick.

This is true. There is a whole vetting process that goes along with it. Exhausting but worth it.

His username was supposed to be CoNoChief but AustinChief fat-fingered it, got busy with other stuff and hasn't had a chance to correct it yet.
