Considering Stanford killed Oregon and USC.....I would say....they're pretty decent. 8-4....yeah....pretty decent.

That is laughable. ND is not nearly what it was when he was there. IMO college football is much different now than it was then. 5 star recruits prefer playing at schools with better weather and coeds in addition to better football programs. Florida, USC and Texas trump ND in all three categories.

The only thing ND still has going for it these days is that ALL their games are nationally televised. 4 and 5 star recruits care more about being on TV, which will get them seen and in turn drafted higher if they are to play on Sundays.

One thing that Weis did show in his time there was that you can still get stud recruits to come to ND. Clausen, Tate and Floyd to name a few.
