Torrey Smith Anyone?
I admit to not watching much Terps football. Torrey seems to have the speed we are missing at the WR spot and could be there at 21. I know Hankerson is the guy here everyone is eye balling, but thoughts on this guy. Maybe Jeremy Maclin V2?

They also have Locker in the top 10 picks where Mayock says he is a 3rd rounder. That's all I need to know about that mock.
