Challenges aren't on a head coach. Every head coach has people in the booth watching a million replays as quickly as possible and they tell the coach when to throw the flag.

I'm willing to give him an offseason to see what he can do as far as bringing in different talent. Not to mention an offensive coordinator with a clue.

Alot will be determined on how he handles the QB situation.

We will know if he is a "yes man" or the man in charge of this football team...
