There will be two more rounds (since nobody seems to remember Elite 8 or whoever loses the championship game, we'll ignore those as well).

Four choices in Round Three to determine the Regional Champion, who will be rewarded, per Phobia, with a one week ban. One douche, one vote. Winner advances to the Final Four, and from the Final Four we will select our DOTY and present his douche ass with a month-long ban.

But Bowser is a good example. I know him well IRL. But I don't think his name is common knowledge out here so I wouldn't dream of calling him Greg Pavin out in the open.
